That thar light at the end of the tunnel... could possibly be an oncoming train. Or, it could be someone holding a candle. If my glass were half full, I'd say that it's the candle. Today, the glass is half empty so, it's a train. Yeah, I'm wallowing in a cesspool of self doubt, insecurity, and loneliness - and not feeling too stellar about it. I'm quickly running out of SAT words - and I'm finding it amusing to translate IP addresses from decimal to binary addresses. There is definitely something in the air. Damn, who farted?

Did you know?? Mercury is in retrograde. They tell me that is the reason that there are funky vibes going around. Well, if that don't explain it all. That's why people use me as their emotional punching bag. Greeat. I'm trying to avoid drama at all costs. But, as some wise sage (or was it oregano) told me -- it will always find you. Guess one can't win. But, it sure sucks feeling like you're alone.

Possibly the last person on earth... to have seen Spider-man....it was worth not dealing with the mobs. I found a nice, not-so-busy theatre to watch it, and thought it was pretty well done, though I, personally, had three "eh's"

1) A couple of minutes too much of mush. I realize that Peter Parker had the hots for MJ - but, more action, please.
2) In the comic books and even in the cartoons, Spidey had this touching sarcastic wit that just didn't come through on the big screen. Bummer.
3) The spider didn't die!! What if that critter went and bit other people? Oh my god, there could be an underground legion of spidermen and spiderwomen -- spiderdogs -- dare I say - spidercats?

And my one "eh" about the theatre -- they had peanut M&M's -- but the bags looked like someone had been carrying them around in their pockets and then returned them. Just how old were these M&M's? The cashier gladly volunteered that they were perfectly fine, except for the bag. I don't need no patina'd out M&M bag. I like em shiny, please. And it wasn't just one bag, it was the whole display! Sheesh. I don't think I want to know where they had been. So, I managed to scarf down a box of popcorn instead.
