GUH.... Saw the Scorpion King last night. If you think that Kelly Hu is a hottie, then it's a definite must see. I think that's all I'll say.

The Wild Hare "The wild hare, in addition to being by definition wild, is unusually restless. Some have posited that the hare is most likely to get in to trouble when these two states converge. Thay may be right. But when the hare and the night begin to overlapp and fuse, something magical occurs." GIO is urging me to release the hare. Let my hair (or hare) down, so to speak. I think that the hare needs to hop back down to Coolsville right now -- ride out the storm, then come back when the seas are calm.

Go Asian Brothah..get your groove on.... Woody Wood sent me this. It's a lil long but well worth it.

So, the symphony was a nice diversion. It was a violin concerto (Bartok). Felt like I should be watching Fantasia III. Bartok's work is a little too out there for my taste. Unfortunately, we missed Mozarts Diverimento in D major...we had to ditch dinner early...and we still missed it. urgh. Anyways..Nielson's Symphony No. 6 was wonderful. Though I think the people around us were falling asleep. Instead of going out afterwards, A.P. and I just crashed on the couch and watched Brother. Beat Takeshi and Kuroudo (Claude) Maki were very cool. Speaking of which - the International Film Festival starts up soon...I have the brochure all marked up. If I even go to one of the 20 movies I have marked, I'll be happy.
